A master bedroom with a king-size bed, offering partial sea views and plenty of space to relax.
A double bedroom located in the converted loft, featuring stunning sea views, perfect for a peaceful night’s rest.
A third bedroom with twin beds, ideal for children or friends sharing

Main bathroom: Located on the first floor, it features a full-size bathtub and a large walk-in rain shower for a spa-like experience.
Downstairs WC: A convenient separate toilet is located on the ground floor.
Living Space:
The cosy sitting room offers plenty of seating, a flat-screen Fire TV and a selection of board games and jigsaws for guests to enjoy. A charming feature fireplace adds character to the room, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring.
Kitchen and Dining:
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a gas hob and double oven/grill, fridge, microwave, and toaster. The washing machine is in the utility area. The adjacent dining area provides a charming space for family meals, with seating for six.
Parking:
Convenient free off-road public parking is available close to the property, making parking and unloading your belongings easy. There is also free on-street parking nearby for added flexibility

Pets
We welcome one well-behaved dog for a fee of £25 per stay. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing your dog. Dogs are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture, or to be left alone in the property. We kindly ask that any dog mess be cleared up. Dogs are welcome in the garden, but please ensure they are supervised. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet. Thank you for your understanding
